Instructions Guide

Take the test in the morning before washing/cleansing your face and wear the gloves provided.

 

Step 1

  • Remove the backing paper on the patch
  • Stick the patch on your forehead above your eyebrows
  • Press down and leave for 10 seconds

Step 2

  • Gently remove the patch with your gloved hands.
  • Avoid touching the sticky side

Step 3

  • Gently curl the patch lengthwise and slot it into the test tube
  • Make sure that the Sticky side is facing
  • inside and not touching anything

Step 4

  • Screw the test tube lid securely
  • Shake the test tube to preserve your sample
  • Locate the kit code on the tube

Step 5

  • Pop the test into the postage pouch, seal it and mail it
