Sampling Instructions:

Take the test in the morning before washing/cleansing your face.

Please note: Do not pour out liquid in test tube.

Step 1 - Remove the backing paper on the patch Stick the patch on your forehead above your eyebrows Press down and leave for 10 seconds

Step 2 - Gently remove the patch and avoid touching the sticky side as much as possible

Step 3 -Gently curl the patch lengthwise and slot it into the test tube Make sure that the Sticky side is facing inside and not touching anything

Step 4 - Screw the test tube lid securely Shake the test tube to preserve your sample Locate the kit code on the tube

Step 5 - Pop the test into the postage pouch, seal it and mail it

Step 6 - Your report will be sent to you in 2-3 weeks and will provide you will your personalized routine using the Discovery Kit
