She also excels at deciphering big data into actionable information that speaks to target audiences with meaning, relevance and results.
Tia has also had a lifelong passion for health, fitness and well-being. She a degree in Exercise Physiology and started her career working in health and fitness clubs to help people reach their fitness goals and set them on a path of long term health and well-being.
She believes strongly in power of nature and taking care of ourselves in a pure and natural way that is sustainable both for the body as well as the earth.
